Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: All full price items can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note: "Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@po-emic.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Note: If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, POEMIC will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
