30-day free exchanges. All full-price items can be returned within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund.

International orders (outside the U.S.) are eligible for returns in the form of store credit.

Customers are responsible for all associated return costs except in cases of a quality issue.

Why are accessories final sale?

We keep our accessories priced as low as possible, and part of how we do that is by skipping the added cost of returns and restocking. It also helps us stay sustainable: many accessories are made from delicate materials that can't be safely repackaged or resold once they've left our hands, so returned items would simply go to waste. Making accessories final sale lets us keep prices friendly, reduce waste, and pass those savings on to you. We appreciate your understanding, and we're always happy to help you choose the right piece before you buy.
How do I take care of my products?

Our designs are low maintenance. For Stainless Steel, simply just wear them however you want. For Sterling Silver, gently wipe with a soft cloth from time to time, especially after contact with sweat or salt water.
